Winta Engineering Solutions Ltd is a fully registered Ugandan engineering company specializing in the provision of sustainable water and energy solutions. We supply, design, and install a wide range of water pumps (AC, DC, and engine pumps), modern climate-smart irrigation systems, and complete solar systems for homes, farms, institutions, and communities. Our expertise extends to water source development, consultancy in solar-powered irrigation systems (SPIS), operations and maintenance (O&M) trainings, and project management services. Shine Kyokushaba

Founder & Managing Director

Kyokushaba Shine is a Water Resources Engineer and Project Management Specialist with extensive experience in solar-powered irrigation, water supply, and renewable energy integration. She has led impactful projects with partners such as GIZ, FAO, World Vision, ALIGHT, and Water for People, and played a key role in implementing the MAAIF–UGIFT micro-scale irrigation program. Shine is passionate about climate-smart innovation and community empowerment.

Daniel Okello

Technical Director

Daniel oversees all technical operations and engineering solution frameworks, ensuring all project designs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. His expertise includes solar systems, water engineering, and project technical oversight.

Emily Nakato

Project Manager

Emily ensures smooth execution of all engineering and water resource projects, coordinating contractors, clients, procurement, and field operations. She maintains schedules, ensures compliance, and keeps teams aligned toward delivery milestones.

Ruth Kyokusima

Customer Service & Administration

She is a dedicated customer care and administrative professional with strong experience in client support, inquiry handling, data management, and ensuring smooth office operations. With a background in Economics from Makerere University Business School, she brings excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
