Winta Engineering Solutions Ltd is a fully registered Ugandan engineering company specializing in the provision of sustainable water and energy solutions. We supply, design, and install a wide range of water pumps (AC, DC, and engine pumps), modern climate-smart irrigation systems, and complete solar systems for homes, farms, institutions, and communities. Our expertise extends to water source development, consultancy in solar-powered irrigation systems (SPIS), operations and maintenance (O&M) trainings, and project management services. Shine Kyokushaba

Founder & Managing Director
Kyokushaba Shine is a Water Resources Engineer and Project Management Specialist with extensive experience in solar-powered irrigation, water supply, and renewable energy integration. She has led impactful projects with partners such as GIZ, FAO, World Vision, ALIGHT, and Water for People, and played a key role in implementing the MAAIF–UGIFT micro-scale irrigation program. Shine is passionate about climate-smart innovation and community empowerment.

Ruth Kyokusima

Customer Service & Administration
She is a dedicated customer care and administrative professional with strong experience in client support, inquiry handling, data management, and ensuring smooth office operations. With a background in Economics from Makerere University Business School, she brings excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Kwanga Pamellah Naome

Sales Engineer
Pamellah leverages her technical engineering background to bridge the gap between our innovative solutions and client needs. She specializes in designing customized, climate-smart irrigation and renewable energy systems for agricultural and domestic clients. Her strong communication skills ensure that every customer understands the long-term benefits of transitioning to sustainable technology.

Atumanya Joshua

Sales Engineer
Joshua brings a strong technical expertise to the sales team, focusing on expanding Winta's reach in the renewable energy and water solutions market. He works closely with farmers, institutions, and communities to assess their specific power and water needs, providing tailored engineering solutions. His dedication to client success helps drive the adoption of solar systems across the region.

Ronnie Perez Omaido

Projects Coordinator
Ronnie is responsible for the seamless execution and logistics of Winta's engineering projects. From procurement to on-site implementation, he coordinates between field technicians, contractors, and management to ensure that all water and solar installations are completed on time and within budget. His proactive approach ensures smooth operations across all project sites.

Olivia Namaganda

Admin & Accounts Assistant
Olivia plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial and administrative health of the company. She manages day-to-day office operations, oversees project accounting, and ensures strict compliance with financial procedures. Her meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills keep the internal operations running smoothly, supporting the overall growth of Winta.
